知名現場直播設備領導品牌，同時也是國際賽事指定使用的轉播設備品牌EVS，以10.5百萬歐元收購擁有逾30年廣播基礎設施經驗，且在荷蘭與英國設有研發中心的Axon。EVS透過此收購除了可以補強其產品線、提供更完整且靈活的轉播方案產品組合予客戶外，還可將其產品組合擴充到不同的銷售通路。
Liege live video technology leader EVS has acquired Axon, the broadcast infrastructure specialist, in a deal valued at €10.5 million.
Axon has more than 30 years of experience in technology innovation, with development centres in the Netherlands and the UK, employing over 80 people. It has an international presence and a product portfolio that complements EVS's existing live production offering.
